Harry served three years as a Police Cadet in Accrington before being posted in 1960 to Seaforth Division on the outskirts of Liverpool. This collection of short stories follows the first eighteen months of his Probationary Police Constable career.
At almost 80 years of age, I have just published my first book. Being a complete novice, I had no idea where to start with my manuscript. However, after carefully comparing all the different options on offer I chose DolmanScott. Richard guided me through the whole process from start to finish with valuable advice, resulting in a very well-designed finished article. Nothing was too much trouble and I can only thank Richard for his patience and understanding. I have started my next book and I will certainly be returning to DolmanScott when the manuscript is completed!
